Now into its 9th year on the Christmas market - having graced over 4000 UK Christmas tables in that time - I defy you to find a better Hot Smoked Salmon anywhere in the world. With nothing used other than Loch Duart's salmon sides, Ullapool Distillery's whisky barrels and then coarse sea salt to cure the fish. They then go into the kiln for 12 hours before coming out and glazed with Heather and Honey. A quick 18 minutes in the oven to roast the fish with the glaze seeping into the meat. A cacophony of flavour and textures. Incredible
