Shipping Zones

Shipping is available to Mainland UK only.

We cannot offer shipping to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another order notification when your order has shipped. 

Holiday deliveries are made on one of the selected delivery slots by our courier partners, DPD. They will send you an email and text SMS updates when your order is out for delivery, including a 1-hour time slot on the day of delivery. If you are not going to be in, you do have options with DPD to allocate a safe place or deliver to a neighbour.

Whilst 95% of orders arrive on the expected delivery day, delays can occur during busy periods and your order may take up to 2 days to arrive. Our packaging is sufficient to keep your order fresh in the event of a delay.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from our courier partners, DPD, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email from DPD, please contact us at bridge@peskyfish.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

What time do DPD deliver?

Any time between 8am-6pm. In rare cases, if your local delivery van has a lot of deliveries that day, your parcel may not arrive until after 6pm. Our packaging is sufficient to keep your order fresh in the event of a delay.
