The beauty with these large lobsters is the incredible growth in meat size as the animal grows older - giving you far more meat per pound than a smaller lobster. With each one caught by the Welsh shellfish fleet, your lobster will travel in its own protective box so that it can be cooked all the way up to Christmas Day.
