For those who dabbled with Andy's incredible Atlantic Edge Oysters last year, you'll remember their distinct, fresh taste that has a similar profile to a Hendrick's Gin and Tonic with a cucumber garnish. That might sound ridiculous, but it's the result of these oysters growing up in an area of hugely dense sea grass.
